My Role: Creative direction; resource management.

Notes: Siemens spent a lot of time trying to re-invent the wheel regarding battery packs. However, this style was overwhelmingly what consumers and dispensers looked for when they purchased hearing aid batteries.

Dispensers liked this version since it fit nicely onto the small POP displays used in their offices. This allowed them to stock various size batteries in one convenient location.

Utilizing the perf between the upper and lower halves, a consumer could tear the top off and reduce the size of the package. This made the battery pack more convenient for storage while traveling.

The clear plastic wheel holds the batteries securely and is anchored to the backing board by a rivet in the center. The wheel rotates off of this center point and a consumer can remove the batteries by rotating the wheel and lining up the battery with a perforated opening in the backing board.
