This shot was taken in a ballroom at the Bellevue Hotel in downtown Philadelphia. The balcony around the perimeter of the room provided an easy location for the crew to obtain the correct angle.
The Bellevue was chosen for its hardwood floors as well as the size of the room. Having a large space to work was important since it allowed us to simultaneously set up another shot needed for this campaign and thus save time and money.
Notice that the final shot used in this ad also includes other dancers.
