My Role: Producer & Editor

Client: George Stass (Musician)

Industry: Music

Use: Broadcast

I produced this music video for George Stass' original song Childish Things. This  is a perfect example of what you can do with average equipment, lots of creativity, and a small time investment.

Sure a large budget can push things over the top, but your client may not always have a big bank roll. Plus, the return on investment is generally better for a small budget with a great product vs. a large budget with an inferior one.

I might be a little biased, but I think we achieved a nice result (this video) for a great product (George's song) on a VERY small budget (can you say "non-existant"?) Remember, necessity is the mother of invention!

Planning is essential for any project, regardless of the size of your budget. Schedule things realistically, know the limitations of your resources, and stick to that schedule. This will keep everything on track and within budget.

My Role:

  • Creative direction and client consultation
  • Video editing and production
  • Audio recording and mastering
  • DVD authoring of final material

Client: Literacy Volunteers of Somerset County

Industry: Non-Profit

Use: Training Events

This job required a very quick turn-around of approximately five days. Completing the project on-time was achievable, due in part, to a strong foundation which had been laid before the project was handed over to me -- a well-written, well-organized script ready to be produced requiring only minor modifications.
